 Part 2:  Making Suggestions and Offers In the second part of this lesson, we will focus on creating and performing dialogues that contain expressions for making suggestions and offers. The aim of this material is to help you express ideas, assist others, and respond to offers appropriately in English. 1. Making Suggestions Making a suggestion means inviting someone to consider an idea or a course of action. In English, there are many ways to express a suggestion, for example: Example Short Dialogue (Suggestion) A: I’m bored. B: How about playing some board games? A: That sounds fun! 2. Making Offers Making an offer is a way to show willingness to help or do something for someone. An offer can be about assistance, food, drinks, or services. PENGERTIAN SUGGESTION  A suggestion is a type of sentence that contains an idea or suggestion about what someone should do and how someone should behave.   TUJUAN SUGGESTION  1. Giving suggestions, namely to introduce or propose ideas and plans for consideration. The response of the person receiving the suggestion could be to accept or reject it.  2. suggestions are abstract and can take the form of solutions, suggestions, plans and ideas 3.
